Check Order StatusLOG IN HERE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS AND ACCOUNT To check your order status, you can simply log in to your account and see the latest updates. You will see when it is being worked on, when it is being packaged, when it has shipped (with all shipping details), and when you can expect delivery. Simply log in to your BowBiz account, click the "My Account" link on the top left of the page to access all your order details plus your history of previous orders. What does my Order Status mean?There are 5 stages your order will go through. You will see one of the following stages listed on your order. Pending/Processing: You will already have received a Confirmation Email advising you that your order has been received. Your order has now been placed in the production queue, has been allotted a space in the 'to be created' list and will be handmade in turn. Currently Being Worked On: Your order is currently being worked on. Ribbons are being cut and embellishments are being laid out. Your bows are being handmade specifically for your order. Once completed, your bows are receiving two coats of stiffener, drying, being fray treated and so on. Once your order reaches "currently being worked on" status, it can occasionally ship the same business day but is usually shipped within 1-3 business days. (If your order is over $100, this stage may take slightly longer.) Ready for Packaging: Your order is complete and bows are being given a final check, then being individually wrapped ready to be placed in shipping box. Extras (such as grooming bands, barrettes, etc) are being added. When your order is marked "Ready for Packaging", it usually ships anywhere from 1-2 business days and occasionally the same business day. Ready to Ship: Your order is complete, packed, labelled and ready to go! When your order is marked "Ready to Ship", it usually ships the same or following business day, depending on mail pickup times. Shipped: Your order has been shipped. You will always receive an email advising you that your package has been shipped and including the shipping details. You can also access this information by logging in and checking your order. All your previous order history and their details remain on your private file for you to view at any time. NO EMAIL NOTIFICATION? If you did not receive your automatically generated email for your "order confirmation" (at the time you placed your order) or your "order shipped" email (at the time your order shipped), this could be for one of the following reasons: - your email address was entered incorrectly; or - the notification emails went to your spam/junk mail folder After checking for these 2 problems, if you are still unsure of the status of your order, please contact me and I will be happy to help you out. Emails are always answered within 24 hours. Please provide an accurate email address - if there is a typing error in your email address or the address is not valid, I have no way to get a response to you. |
