A handy bow or grooming band insertion tool! Narrow, blunt nose and short shaft make this hemostat easy to use. It is straight, has a locking feature and is serrated. Ideal for attaching grooming bands or pre-made bows to topknots without having to fuss with tiny elastics. This durable, metal tool is used to stretch the small bands for you. Simply slip bands onto insertion tool, open and slip onto topknot.
